The pizzeria has the best thin crust pizza in the world (in fact there is no yeast, so it s not really the chewy kind of dough). He could be probably among the best pizzerias in france, but the toppings and combinations he puts undermines all his efforts. A pity. ( eg canned mushrooms and so on). The place is rather a pizza joint than a true restaurant. Yet, will return and i do recommend it.
