Excellent gallete bretonne! Local cider and sweet were great. Very cozy and with quick service. Ideal for a fast, relaxed and cheap lunch.

This creperie definitely had a traditional feel to it. We stopped here for lunch and had gallettes. One with ham, cheese, mushrooms and egg and one with tomato instead of mushrooms. They were good but nothing special. They had a children's menu which included a main, (we had ham and chips) a drink, an ice cream and a free toy.
The staff were friendly and spoke English.

This is a nice place to go have a traditional "galette", they seem to use really good ingredients, service is cheerful, the price is reasonable, and they have a terrasse outside, which can be a real plus. Nice ciders, and on the menu all kinds of crêpes from the traditional "complète" (my personal favorite: ham, cheese and an egg) to more adventurous fare featuring local seafood, meats, and cheeses.

You can't go wrong with this place if you want a typical bréton repast. It' also nice becasue it's a bit off the peaten path and away from the big "mussels and fries" joints that line the grande rue just inside the city walls!

We had lunch and the galettes were delicious. We had the St. Maloaine and the Bretagne which were both very filling. The local artisan cider was also of very superior quality. Prices were reasonable and we would certainly go there again.

We loved this restaurant so much that we went twice during our stay in Saint-Malo. The galettes were delicious and the service was good. On our second visit we tried the set menu and were not disappointed! The crepes were fabulous too! It's in a great location! Enjoy!
