Room was very comfortable but a little dark due to the décor. The bathroom was excellent. Breakfast was rather expensive so we did not eat in the hotel. Our room overlooked the cinema where the Dinard Film Festival was taking place so we had a perfect view of the red carpet.

Centrally located and near the coast, clean, beautiful bar/breakfast area, nice rooms, friendly staff...but not exceptional.
It is more like a nice mercury than a m gallery.
I have come to expect that m gallery hotels will be extraordinary and in exceptional locations. As noted above, the hotel is not exceptional. As far as towns go, deauville and honfleur are more exceptional coastal towns. If you are looking for a large beach, I think Biarritz is nicer than dinard.

Following my stay in Carcassonne I thought it would be wise to try another hotel in the Mgallery collection. I arrived parked outside and a concierge unloaded my luggage and whisked my car to the hotel car park. A pleasant greeting, I was allocated a room overlooking the ocean which was beautifully decorated. While not a large room the furniture was in keeping with the room size. I ate out in a restaurant recommended by the receptionist the Cafe Rouge minutes from the hotel which specialised in seafood. There is no restaurant in the hotel though room service can be arranged. Breakfast is served in the lounge and the selection was unique and varied. The bar staff the night before were most helpful and welcoming as were the breakast waitresses. My boiled eggs were cooked to perfection. I advised the concierge when I would be checking out and on the dot my car was delivered to the door. A little card was left on the dashboard wishing me a safe journey along with a box of mints, a nice gesture.

A warm welcome greets you at this charming hotel, where the themed floors - we stayed in an "Orient Express" room - makes the hotel stand out from others. Large comfortable beds, huge showers and luxurious toiletries were a big plus and I liked the way the bathroom had windows into the bedroom. Breakfast is buffet-style but a very good quality change on offer in the relaxed surroundings of the bar. The only disappointment for me was that I had expected the delux double rooms to be larger, so if you want a room with a real seating area included then go for a suite.

We stayed for 3 nights in August. This was the peak of tourist flood, despite that we found a very nice hotel, located at the center of town, very close to the beach and to numerous restaurants and shops. It is quite expensive, but worth every dime. The staf was superb-helpful,smiling and wellcoming. Despite the crowd, parking was not a problem if you park in the streets around. The hotel is decorated in an art deco style, very much to our liking. The room was rich in furniture style.
Negative points: 1. No coffee-making equipment in room, which forces you to use their bar 2. The bathroom was separated from the living room by an almost transparent glass-wall.

Altogether a very nice experience

Room Tip: Get a standard room, no need for the luxery type.

Good location, great decorum , a very gentle staff. For a week end it is great !
Unfortunately the beach has been spoilt by 1970's architecture.

St hilaire further on the coast is also lovely.
The "Belle Epoque chateaux"are fantastic and you could imagine the life there at the time.

We had booked the hotel online and were not disappointed on our arrival. The reception was friendly and efficient, our car was whisked away and parked in the hotels private garage safely overnight. The décor was well done with each floor having a different theme. The bar is great with views over the centre of Dinard and Phillipe the bar manager was very friendly and helpful. Little touches throughout the stay made it that bit more special. Recommend this hotel and look forward to returning soon.

Room Tip: Ask for sea view room. Check the theme of the floor you are on -each is different and well presented...
