We had a 3 course dinner at the restaurant; the food overall, was well made.
The service however, could have been a lot better. Our French is not fluent, so the service went down accordingly -- all other tables seemed to be tended better (for instance, other tables got to choose cheeses served in the menu from a wagon with a good selection in it, but describing what was on offer 'for the foreigners' was obviously seen as bit too difficult. So, we had to settle for fridge-tasting creme fraiche... A lot of hassle overall, showing that the waitresses weren't up to the standards of the kitchen.
