When traveling in Basque country, you need to eat foie gras at least once a day and this charming French restaurant on the Promenade serves a big scoop of foie gras mousse in lentil soup that is memorable. The menu of the day was so good and filling we had to decline the dessert, but they insisted we must have something with the coffee and presented tiny (in a small jam jar) sweet panna cotta with a fresh strawberry sauce garnish and moist almond cake. Swoon quality food and service.
