We were staying very close to this restaurant and it looked like a typical French bistros so we were looking forward to going. The food was very poor. My starter was terrible - trio of hummus, caviar of aubergines and tomatoe tartar. Only good thing on the plate was the tomatoe tartar- the hummus was tasteless and and aubergines were also poor. I then had scallops with sweetbreads - tiny amount of scallops (not even whole ones but chopped up into little pieces) surrounding sweetbread all smothered with a kind of gravy with a quinelle of mashed potato. Desert was a shop bought lemon tartlet that they had put some meringue on top. Service was rushed. It is a very busy restaurant but the food is not good - better off going to the tapas bar on the corner - lovely tapas, great atmosphere.
