Description: We began in 2011 with an American Bakery/Coffee Shop inside the Biarritz food market, which we sold in February 2017. In 2013 we opened a large downtown location at 2 rue de Helder in Biarritz. That is our only location now. We serve a full American breakfast everyday, including Pancakes, Bacon and Eggs, Breakfast sandwiches, Eggs Benedict but also Acai Power Bowls and Bircher Muesli both with fresh fruit and homemade granola. We have excellent 100% Arabica coffee and do all the different types of coffee drinks Breakfast is from 9:00-11:30 daily. Lunch starts at 12 noon and goes until 15:00. We have a large menu of all fresh homemade items. We have classic American food like burgers and pulled pork but also a good amount of choice for the health conscious, Salads, bowl food, including some vegetarian choices as well as our vegan Buddha Bowl. We also offer a large choice of Fresh fruit and vegetable juices made per order. We do a big Brunch from mid Sept through May every Sunday from 10-15. In summer we are open 7/7 from 9-5, the rest of the year 9:00am-6:30pm and then we close on Mondays. We are also quite well known as an American Bakery because that's how we started out! Cheesecake, Carrot Cake, Banana Breads, Cupcakes, Pies, Lemon shortbread, 8 different kinds of cookies, Brownies, Banoffee, muffins, etc...we have it all! And everything, absolutely everything, both sweet and savoury is all homemade onsite!

We stopped here for a quick treat on a rainy afternoon. I'm a big fan of carrot cake and was not at all disappointed! The girl serving was really friendly and explained that they can be found at the food market in the mornings and then in the little cafe on the rue de gambetta (just south of avenue Carnot). It wasn't the easiest place to find!

Here one can indulge in delicious homed cakes, brownies and cookies while enjoying a tasty latte. Many times the counter if filled with English speaking travelers and you can share travel experiences. Best coffee in Biarritz!

very good coffee and brownie to die for. very friendly staff :) one thing to note is that the above address is for the market stall at the biarritz food hall yet the map display on the right will lead you to their store in the downtown area. on a saturday this lead me to a closed store and and a note that they are at the food market instead. no worries... weather was good and it was a nice (25min) walk

If you are craving a nice cup of espresso, the kind you would find in a great urban or college town coffeeshop (France, contrary to popular belief, has pretty terrible coffee in general, and is only catching up to the rest of the world thanks to foreigners bringing their coffee culture trends with them), a real cupcake, cookie, brownie, and the like...this is your stop. The bonus, is that it is surrounded by what France really does excel at - farmers markets and cheese stores, wine shops, fish mongers, butchers, bakers and candlestick makers.

While we sat there, both ex-pats and French came for the same reason - it's good and authentic, owned by a US-French family duo that loves what they are doing.
