First, I want to thank the staff for treating my family and I very well. Thanks to Orlando and a Lay during day shift. The rest of the staff was good. Spa staff was very friendly. Breakfast and bar staff was also nice, good attitude, fluent in English.

The location, a top of a hill in between the two main beaches. Great roof top views. Easy walk to shops, stores, etc. My room was ocean facing, low floor, so partial view, blocked by front building, but decent enough.

The lobby is new and modern; Breakfast was very good.

Rooms are a bit tired and dated, but in good shape. I did not care for green carpet or huge cement column in the middle of room; But beds are comfortable, all functional and rooms are very spacious. Parking is 20E per day. You can probably park for free in side or back streets.

I used the gym which is tiny and then Spa which is nice. Room has bottled water and turn down service with cookies or candy.

Overall a good stay and great first visit to Biarrittz.

This is a hotel we use for a stop off on the drive to Portugal. There is a lovely rooftop bar and the trio playing music there made it delightful. The bedroom was nice and the bed and bedding simply wonderful. The best pillows ever ( I am very fussy!)
It was 350 euro for the night,and breakfast was not included in this price. I cannot understand this being good practice at all. Very irritating indeed!

Really smart hotel in a good position to explore this lovely town. Room was spacious and extremely comfortable although air conditioning could have been cooler. Staff were particularly helpful and in advance of our stay recommended and booked some great restaurants for us. Lovely breakfast and great rooftop bar to watch the sunset over the Atlantic. Would certainly base ourselves here again.

My wife and I just visited Biarritz for a long weekend for stayed at this wonderful property. We had room 402, with a 180 degree view of the beautiful coast of Biarritz. The room with perfect, quiet, and with all the elegance you might expect. The staff was awesome as well. A wonderful pool, restaurant, and bar area on the roof, and spa facilities for massages and treatments. Once you park your car, you can easily walk to any and all beaches, restaurants, parks, events, and even the aquarium. The only area to improve would be the fitness facility, a few weights and better cardio equipment would be nice.

Stayed here for a few nights and I loved the location. You are close enough to the beaches and town, yet you don't get any of the noise and drunken idiots going walk about. Staff were very good and friendly, the roof top pool is great too. Only downside is the so-called gym - the fitness machines are in pretty dire condition and the room itself suffers from a lack of ventilation. Not the greatest of places to do a work out. You are better off running along the coastline.

Room Tip: Rooms to the front (ocean view) have a better view but your tradeoff is some street noise
