We stayed here for 4 nights at the end of a self guided cycling tour. The hotel is in a busy street not far from the ocean. It's a nicely decorated in a traditional style. We had room 202 overlooking the street. The room was very quiet, the AC worked effectively, wifi free and useable in our room. Service was really friendly and helpful, good understanding of English which was really helpful for us. Unfortunately the AC broke down on our last night, but the man on reception was really nice about it and did everything he could to sort it out. At 3am in the morning it started to work again. Breakfast was nicely presented and included fresh fruit, cereal, yoghurt, meat, cheese and pastries. Fresh juice too. It's not cheap to stay here - but it's good value in Biarritz where all accommodation seems to be overpriced. I would definitely recommend this place, the friendly and helpful service is the clincher.

Room Tip: Room 202 was good - no ocean view but it was quiet and had a small balcony overlooking the street

Located within easy walking distance to Port Vieux, Port de peche and centre ville, with a huge choice of restaurants nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful, speaking English and Spanish.
Rooms are air conditioned with free wifi available. Decore and room layout were more than adequate for my needs.

This small and friendly hotel is perfectly situated in proximity for the seafront, shops, bars and restaurants of Biarritz. The room was a good size and beautifully decorated and the bathroom had a large powerful shower

We stayed as part of a Backroads Tour group. Staff were ready to assist as soon as we arrived. The room was small, but perfectly adequate and in close proximity to a small beach and local shops. Would recommend if you like smaller personal type accommodation.

On arrival I was not sure as to if I had made the right decision, as the room seemed small, do not let this put you off as once settled in we appreciated, how clean and comfortable the room was. It had a great shower room with separate wc. We requested a quiet room and was given room 303 which was at the rear, I dont think the other rooms were particularly noisy but after reading reviews I thought it best to request.
It is in a fantastic location close to the beach and all the local bars and restaurants. The owners were so very helpful, we did not try breakfast as we are not morning people but you will be spoilt for choice on where to eat although you need plenty of euros to visit this resort, we felt it was well worth it.
We would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and resort and want to say a thank you to the owners who made our stay so enjoyable.

I stayed here in August with my girlfriend. The hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the centre of town, close to the beach, bar and restaurants. Its a fairly quiet and unassuming place, with simple, fairly tasteful decor and clean rooms.

Our room was was on the ground floor at the rear of the hotel, with a small courtyard area. The rooms are pretty tiny, but clean, comfortable and with a decent bathroom.

The hotel itself is probably a solid 3 star, but for the location and reasonable price (by Biarritz standards anyway) take it up to a 4 overall.

Room Tip: Rooms out back are very quiet - given central location i'd imagine rooms at the front of the hot...

The staff here couldn't have been more helpful. They went out of their way to help not only us but other guests I observed requiring help too. Spotlessly clean, perfect location. Not the cheapest but if you can afford it, well worth it.
