8 men stayed here for 2 nights during Euros 2016 and all enjoyed it. 150 metres from the main pedestrian street and the tram stop is even closer.
The apartment has 4 twin bedrooms with limited space and headroom but are perfectly suited to a group break. Plenty of shower rooms, 2 toilets (1 a bit small but does the job!). A fine-sized main room and kitchen. All the required gadgets including a table that turns into a pool table. 3 keys issued which was helpful.
Owner Sebastien was very friendly and helpful in settling us in and in helping me park the minibus in a fairly tight entrance. Bottle of wind left on the table was very much appreciated also. Only down side was having to phone the owner to collect the key as the doorbell didn't answer, but this was not a serious problem.
I would certainly stay here again with a group, but not with small children or anyone who has difficulty with stairs.

8 of us were travelling to Bordeaux for a long weekend from the UK. We had been let down at the last minute from our first booking. This apartment was perfect for us and I wish we had booked this one first when I had looked at it in January!
The initial communication from Sebastian was brilliant. He couldn't do enough to help us and give us advice about the apartment, it's location and Bordeaux.
Once we were there he arranged for us to be greeted when we arrived and shown around the apartment.
The apartment itself is great. There were 8 adults staying and we had the option of double or single beds which was good and the beds were comfortable with lovely fresh sheets and clean towels. Warning: It is an attic apartment and there are some very low sloping ceilings! The rooms aren't huge but are room enough for a short stay with a big group of people!
The main living area is lovely. The big windows give it a light airy feel and there is everything you need in the kitchen. We sat for many hours having long lazy breakfasts with coffee and fresh croissants from the local boulangerie, it was a nice place to relax and plan your day!
The facilities we used, TV, stereo, showers, coffee machines, dishwasher etc were all good and everything in the apartment is of very high quality, no expense has been spared!
We didn't use the pool table as we were out most evenings and we didn't really have the time, we also didn't use the steam room for the same reason.
I would book through Sebastian again and stay here again. We had a great time and he was an amiable host.
