The cook/server of our meal was from the French departement of Reunion,which I now know to be near Madagascar.The food was great,and the server friendly and helpful. The house white wine was Entre-Deux-Mers, and very drinkable.
Though the food is very good in the Aquitaine region menus tend to be similar,with emphasis on goat cheese and duck. The style of food is different in this restaurant. At our request the spiciness level was restrained.
Situated within easy walking distance of the Accor hotels gouping (there is a Novotel, an Ibis and a Mercure nearby as well as an apartment hotel) this is a good eating alternative to their corporate eating style.
