This place is a little bit out of town. Take tram C to stop Paul Doumer and down a nondescript side street is this restaurant, in a non-threatening area.
I expected a rustic, homely, bistro type place, where you are crowded together. Boy! I was wrong. A light, airy, clean, well-appointed restaurant with an efficient, pleasant waitress. And the food!! The menu is changed weekly for fresh produce-and it was! This is a chef who knows his trade and who cooks superb, well-balanced,flavoursome dishes. My wife opted for the salmon and declared that it was as good as that I cook for her at home!!
This was the best restaurant of our Bordeaux holidays. All the dishes were of excellent quality. I cannot recommend too highly.
