“Outstanding Service”
Reviewed November 7, 2012

My wife, daughter and I signed up for an afternoon tour. We visited Lynch Bages and Lagrange. I bought 3 bottles of Lagrange white and 3 red. Both spectacular. I had never seen the white before and it was out awesome. Our guide was very helpful and knowledgeable, alternating between English and French. I mistakenly wrote Bordeaux 360's office number rather than the pick up location in my itinerary. The owner drove us to the pick up so that we would not miss the tour. One quote from the driver that resonates still was, "we French never spend more than 20 euros on a bottle of wine", and while I like and collect the classified growths we did find numerous great wines at LeClerc and Carrefour grocery stores. They feature quite good wines at very reasonable prices. Don't miss the tour.

“Don't miss this tour!”
Reviewed November 6, 2012

We did the afternoon tour of St Emilion and 2 vineyards. It was fantastic! Our guide was amazing, friendly, funny and very informative. We were 2 english speakers from Ireland among French speakers but we all laughed along and we never felt left out and know we were given equal information. We felt that we learned more in those few hours, than we ever could have from guides or books. It was so personal and interesting. I would do it again tomorrow and have already recommended the tour to many friends. It was well structured, visiting two very different chateaux and given plenty of time to ask questions and enjoy the surroundings. Just one thing to note, make sure you have lunch before you set off as you won't have time to snack during the afternoon, especially when you are tasting fine wine!

“Good way to experience the Medoc”
Reviewed November 5, 2012

My husband and I recently did the half-day tour of the Medoc with Bordeaux 360. We didn't have a car, so these sorts of tours were the only option for us to get out to the chateaux. We visited Chateau Tallian, which is a beautiful, historical and family run winery. We were able to taste some wine straight from the barrel, which was an interesting experience. We then visited Chateau Boyd-Catenac, which was wonderful. The owner there was an incredible source of information, passion and expertise in wine-making and it was a pleasure to learn from him. He also did a very good tasting. We learnt a lot, and Sybil was knowledgable and spoke good English. She may have been a bit lacklustre as she didn't seem to be in full health but we enjoyed the tour anyway.

“Fantastic way to visit the Bordeaux region”
Reviewed October 28, 2012

My wife and I visited the Bordeaux region as part of a Celebrity Cruise. Not one of the tours offered by the cruise line came close to the cost and quality of Bordeaux 360. Bordeaux 360 was the best in both price and quality. A semi private tour of no more than 8 people is the ONLY way to enjoy the region.
Lucien was a top notch guide providing great educational information along with a very personal blend excellent command of the English language.
A large group tour may be less expensive but actually costs you more in the value and what you learn and enjoy from the visits to the wineries and in this case a world renown cooperage.
No doubt we will use Bordeaux 360 again for a more comprehensive tour of the region as.
