“Charming place in great location in Bordeaux”
Reviewed March 25, 2012

We really enjoyed our 4 days stay in this B&B. Located in a beautifull "quartier" 5 minutes walking from the centre, it is great place for visiting Bourdeaux. This beautyfully renovated stone house, is calm and charming, with very pretty and special rooms. Breakfast is good and owners could not be more helpfull and nice. Really worth it. Would definitely repeat.

A really pleasant and snug B&B with a kind caterer speaking also english very well. Silent and clean. The breakfast is also very good and plentiful with home-made marmelades. Fornitures and decor are very nice in a typical french style. You can leave at the B&B your luggage during your last staying day in order to have a trip around the city and the canterer will be pleased to give you information for different sightseen tours around or to reach your working place. Strongly suggested.

Room Tip: 4 double rooms and one twin room with a very nice view over Bordeaux roofs.

I stayed in Les Seraphines in September for 2 nights and absolutely loved it. My room was No. 5, on the top floor, it was a spacious, modern and clean room, with a sunroof in the bedroom and bathroom. Emmanuelle spoke perfect English and was a very warm and friendly host, giving great advice on places to see and places to eat. This B & B is situated in a perfect location, roughly 10 minutes walk from the centre of the town. The breakfast was fantastic, best overall on my long trip through Europe - home made yogurts, jam, and pastries. This bed and breakfast also has a very warm and homely feel about it. I will definitely come back to Bordeux, even if it is just to stay here again.

A group of friends shared the family suite -- perfect for us. Clean, quiet, spacious. Wonderful breakfast each morning, fresh baking during the day, nice lounge area and fantastic location. Emmanuelle was very helpful and welcoming. Bordeaux is a gem of a city -- lots to see and do.

Les Seraphines is very well located for the centre of Bordeaux, only 10 minutes walk from the Cathedral and we were able to leave the car, parked outside, and explore the town on foot. Florence and Emmanuelle were extremely welcoming and the room - no 1 at the back of the first floor - was spacious and very comfortable and the bathroom was a very good size. Breakfast was served in a lovely room on the first floor and we were offered home made jams, chutneys and yoghurt; we were also free to make tea or coffee in the dining room at any time of the day, and could relax here with books, magazines and board games. They even have a book picturing all the renovation work which has been done in creating Les Seraphines. We will certainly return here next time we visit Bordeaux.

Room Tip: Room 1 at the back of the house was quiet.

This is a fantastic place to stay, about 10 mins walk to Bordeaux centre with plenty of free parking close by. We stayed in Room 1, which was really tastefully decorated and very comfy. The breakfast was out standing with home made yoghurts and jams to name a few. Emmanuelle is a terrific host and couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Would definately stay here again - homely, comfy, welcoming and a real little gem.

My husband and I stayed at Les Seraphines for three days during our holiday a few weeks ago. We loved our stay. Our room was beautiful and clean, breakfast and the hospitality shown to us were very nice, and the home was only a short walk from the center of town. We would definitely stay there again if we're lucky enough to return to Bordeaux!

Room Tip: We stayed in Room 2 and absolutely loved it!
