friendly hosts, beautifully decorated and well-equipped rooms, free wi-fi which was useful for looking at maps online, tasty breakfast and only a few minutes walk from trains station! I would definitley recommend this place to anyone who is staying in Bordeaux!

We spent three great nights with Phillipe and Therese in their lovely home in Bordeaux. The house has been beautifully restored and our room was fantastic. Phillipe was really helpful about the city and recommended some good trips and restaurants. Therese served lovely breakfasts each morning with a different homemade pastry each day. The only slight drawback is that the house is a bit far from centre but you can take the tram which is only 5 mins away. Would definitely stay there again and stongly recommend it to anyone visiting Bordeaux.

We had a lovely couple of days staying in this Chambre d'hotes just before our wedding. The decor of the place is incredible and everywhere so clean. The breakfast was lovely and slightly different each day which was nice as at some places you get the same old thing. Although the B&B is out of the city, the tram is so easy to use and very cheap and in only 5 minutes you can be in the centre. This suited us better because it was lovely and quiet being that little bit further out. Therese and Phiilippe were so welcoming and made us feel very much at home. We would recommend this place to anyone, we really couldn't fault it!

After spending almost 2 weeks in the countryside, we decided to end our holiday with a few days in the city. This delightful B&B was the perfect place to stay for our last 4 days in France.

Our welcome from Philippe was warm & relaxed and his advice about what to see in Bordeaux was really useful.
The house is beautifully decorated with lovely original decorative features and the rooms are tidied every day by Therese, who made us feel really cared for. Therese also provided a wonderful breakfast table with home-made & local specialities, which were heavenly, freshly squeezed orange juice and great coffee - & the company of Occy(?), the dog!
Being able to use the kitchen to prepare our own food, and the courtyard to spend time relaxing, made our stay here perfect, and one which we are keen to repeat.

This is a fantastic place to stay in Bordeaux. Very friendly welcome from Thérèse et Philippe, including a drink, a tour and advice on what to see and where to eat in the city. Own use of a little kitchen, including Nespresso machine is a nice touch. Lovely rooms, which are very stylish, spotlessly clean, and with comfy beds. The house itself is a pretty old building with a pleasant garden to sit out in the sunshine, or to eat outside in fine weather. The house is 10-15 mins from the old centre, but very easy to get to either by tram or the bicycle hire scheme, available next to the station. The breakfast is particularly good, with lots of care going into the range available and the presentation (cold meats and cheeses, fruit, croissants, yoghurts etc) - much better than the often frequently encountered piece of yesterday's baguette you often get! The area the house is in is attractive and quiet. Would definitely stay here again, highly recommended.
