Fantastic stay. Apartments very spacious and clean with all necessaries. Receptions very helpful. Close to tram only 1min away with easy access to main centre only 5min tram ride. Close to supermarket and amenities. Highly recommended for either a short or long stay.

This hotel has a great location both for exploring the city of Bordeaux as well as the surrounding areas. It's far enough outside the city center that it has a free parking lot with a gate, so it's easy to rent a car for getting out of town, but there is also a tram stop just across the street, making it easy to get in to the city center. The building itself and surrounding neighborhood are not really anything special looking, but the interior of the hotel is well decorated and the room was comfortable. I had one of the larger suite style rooms, which featured a mini-kitchen with a refrigerator, hotplate, and dishwasher, along with a couch and table. The staff at the front desk were kind and knowledgable about the area, and the morning breakfast was simple, but made for an easy way to start the day.

The ResidHotel looks like a warehouse from the outside, but actually pretty well decorated on the inside. Free secure parking just outside the frontdoor. Rooms good size, air conditioned, fully functional kitchen inc dishwasher, hob and fridge. Little extras like dishwasher tablets, cloths and washing up liquid included. Apartment good size for two adults and two children. Free Wifi once you get code from reception. Reception staff extremely helpful. Only little complaint, bathroom and floors could be cleaner. Easy access to city, tram outside the gate. Large supermarket within 5 min walk. Overall perfect base for us to enjoy the beautiful city of bordeaux. Would recommend it to friends, particularly if travelling with a car.

Bought as part of a lastminute package. The chalet style appartment turned out to be a concrete block in an albeit interesting converted industrial building. The receptionist was very friendly and spoke excellent english. The description of the room was misleading though. It is a cramped room with a tiny kitchen in the entrance hall. The distance to the town centre is about 25 minutes walk, a far cry from the advertised stones throw. On the plus side there is a good japonese restaurant 100mtrs away and the tram is on the doorstep and very cheap compared to british public transport.

The hotel is great for all travelers whether on business or holiday.

It is close to the tram system for easy access into the centre of town. Walking it takes between 20 to 30 minutes. The staff are friendly and very accommodating.

The rooms have it's own kitchen so you can stay in if so desired.

I loved the fact that the room came with a bath - it was an absolute joy to have a soak after a day out exploring.

The room was clean, and it was up to you how often you wish it to be services while you were staying.

I did not have their breakfast choosing to make my own.

The ResidHotel is a bit of a surprise when you come across it. It looks like a warehouse from the outside, but actually pretty well-decorated in the communal areas inside. Free parking just outside the front-door is really handy. We stayed over Easter and the hotel was completely full. As a result, when we discovered that the room had that cabbagy blocked-drain smell, when we complained we were told that there were no other rooms to go to. Bordeaux was pretty full so we couldn't take the risk and therefore opened the windows and had to deal with it. We were 2 people and the room was much smaller than the adverts give the impression of, and certainly didn't have the office space that it implied. Yes, it had a desk and a chair, but the desk was what the TV sat on, just like any other hotel room. Really useful to have a fridge and cooker though. Location-wise, it is only meters to the tram stop and 10 mins on the tram into town, costing something like 1.30 Euros, which you buy from a machine on the platform. Its really simple to get around. Overall, good location and price, and I suspect that if it hadn't been the Easter weekend, I might have been able to change rooms which would have made it much better. Sort of recommended.

We had a one room apartment for 4 people. The sofa turned into a bed in the lounge and the bedroom had two single beds. The kitchen was adequate and there was also a table with 4 chairs. The rooms were basic with linoleum floors but they were clean, it was quiet at night and we were happy with the value for money. There is a tram stop around the back of the apartments that will take you into the town centre in about 10 minutes or you could walk along the river. Free car park and wifi and the receptionists were all very friendly. Car park is locked about 11pmish but they give you a pin code to open the gates - make sure you have this if you will be arriving late/leaving early. Breakfast is available for an additional fee but we didnt bother.
