I stayed here with my family in July/August 2017. The property is situated in a quiet residential street not too far from the tram stop into the centre, just a short journey away. There is no parking with the property, but there is on-street parking for a small price and free on Sundays.
The property itself is "quirky", but lovely with a garden which we could sit in the sun if we did not want to spend a day in Bordeaux. This was obviously a house in which some-one lived in and had vacated for our stay consequently there was no proper storage space for our clothes but was the only drawback.
There was lots of space in the house and the large open plan windows onto the garden gave lots of light into the "conservatory" space. There were plenty of settees to sit on indooors when the weather was a bit cloudy and a large dining area
All in all we would recommend this property
