Well, let me start by saying that this is a restaurant for cheese lovers. The smellier, the better. A big no-no for those unfortunate lactose-intolerant friends of yours.
I would advise you to book a table in advance and visit this restaurant during late-autumn or winter. Do not wear your best suit or tie because then you will have to visit the dry cleaners for sure, as the smell tends to remind you of your visit to Strasbourg months later even.
Different types of fondues are available. Try them all! If you are part of a larger group go ahead and order different dishes and try as much as possible. A good wine should make the evening complete.
