This apartment is in Bischheim, not in Strasbourg but it is easy to get there by bus. Train station is nearby as well but trains are not frequent.
Apartment is small but clean and tidy. Has a small kitchen with all the utensils. Has a bathroom too. We were able to stay there with a 9 month old baby. Stairs are a killer with a pram though but we were prepared.
Thin walls means that you can hear your neighbors talk. It gets a bit stuffy if it is a warm night. If you pull the shutters down it gets hot. If you leave them up, a street light shines right into your face.
It is on a quiet street and in a friendly neibourhood.
Owner is very nice and speaks a little English but replied to all emails in French.
I would return to this apartment if I was going to Strasbourg again.
