The hostellerie louis 13 is a family run business with a restaurant of the same name downstairs, and 4 apartments upstairs. Their good value, and sleep upto 4 people. Their newly renovated and clean. They have nice duvet covers, not a given in France; this means no disgusting rugs placed on a sheet that your supposed to sleep under.
Design is mainly cheap looking stuff, I've seen furniture and decorative accessories similar to these in Turkish furniture stores. They're great if you like the style.
There are kitchens in the rooms, though only available for stays longer than a week (stupid).
The breakfast was very continental. Croissant, juice, bread and coffee.
The location is far fro the center, but there is a tram stop close by that takes you to the center or to the European Parliament. Overall, not too bad. Not for the light sleeper though, there are train tracks 30 metres off the hotel, that have trains running through the night.
Good value, can recommend if your not looking for a central location.
