Clear warning about car parking would have been helpful. Also, the card provided by the hotel for the car park didn't work so we paid full price.
Otherwise, very nice room, breakfast and location. Friendly staff.

The whole process, from before arrival to after departure was faultless and thoughtful. All staff were particularly helpful and clearly well trained. Breakfast was excellent, with the two members of staff on duty working extremely hard to keep everything clean and well supplied. The secure parking was well worth the €15 charge considering the hotel location.

Centrally located and close to the station. Friendly staff. Tv and window shutter didn't work to reduce noise and light coming into the room and the wifi didn't reach to the 5th floor. Breakfast was a bit too basic for our liking, much better and less expensive local places to choose from via TripAdvisor of course (see below). Rooms very small but clean and warm which is the important bit.

We enjoyed breakfast at the Salon De the grand rue. (80 Grand rue, 67000, Strasbourg). Don't go there if you are in a hurry though. Chill out, take your time and enjoy.

i stayed there for a couple of nights and it was ok,except the walls are very thin and you can hear everything from the other room. i had a neighbor whom snored... i let you guess how well i slept. The bathroom was small but clean. The personal is nice and willing to help you with what you need. the room was cleaned every day and the towels changed also.Another thing is that they have a small number of parking place and you have to ask for it ar you can park your car at a public parking lot which is at 5 minutes walk.
At the breakfast you have very limited things to choose but you can manage in the end
Overall is ok for a couple of days

While visiting Strasbourg we decided to stay here, because they take pets.

The staff was courteous and helpful, they spoke English and were very hospitable. Also they have a very fast elevator.

Remember to grab a map from the reception.

For a good price we got a preety good view of the train station that raises just across the street and open plaza.

Something that we thought was funny and smart is that to save space in the room instead of giving you a tv stand or a bookshelf, they painted it on the wall and mounted the tv as part of it :)

With lots of stores and privately owned restaurants around this hotel is in a preetty good spot.

If you happen to be in a thight budget, I recommend to save a pretty penny by buying bread, ham, sour cream, rotisserie chicken and assemble your self a wonderful sandwich with some fresh produce of your preference, baked goods are found allover the place here. Other whise the average price at retaurants in Strasbourg rage between 20-27 € per person.

The hotel offers breakfast too it was 9€ per person. But we decided to adventure in to town. BTW there is a MacDonalds right in the corner. But I think you can find that anywhere, Endulge with the local cuisine, how often are you in France?
