“Picturesque Strasbourg”
Reviewed July 27, 2014

Easy to walk around - or travel by Segway, which is probably the most fun I've had in a European city for years - La Petite France is a truly beautiful heritage centre, full of winding cobbled streets, leafy squares and lots of great restaurants and pubs (winstubs). The area is in easy reach of the Cathedral and the Palais de Rohan, and an easy walk from the train station.

Very nice neighborhood to explore. The buildings are beautiful and there are tons of cute shops. Check out the Barrage Vauban and the covered bridge, beautiful views!

Novices will enjoy the place much more than old-timers.
I would not miss it, but adjust your expectations.

“Beautifully preserved”
Reviewed July 22, 2014

Strasbourg can be seen from the canal by boat and from the street. Petite France is a walking attraction. Great restaurants, beautiful streets and buildings. Make sure to take a meal along the river at lunch or dinner. My kids and I enjoyed the cruise in the canal. There is one every 15-20 mins from the Cathedral area.
