In last June 2nd, My big families and I arrived in Strasbourg. At the beginning, as we did our check in procedure, we felt nothing special for the property except that the Tour Guide explained to me that our Hotel is in the heart of Petite France which excite us a little bit.
Our Hotel Room apparently located in the Pavilion Building, another building next door. Once I entered the room, I was amazed as it was totally contrast with the appearance of the building from outside, as the building of the hotel itself was part of well-preserved middle ages Homes. Inside, it was totally like a new, very modern and cozy apartment. The only problem was that, it seems this pavilion hotel has many different rooms layout. My kids room felt like a small apartment (room #352), while my room on the other hand (room #354, seems like corner room) like a big one bedrooms apartment. While my parents stay in fourth floor, they told me that they had kind of attic rooms, which makes them hard to climb up, and they were requested to change the rooms.
The Outside Breakfast location was a must. On that time because the weather in the morning was so nice, we chose to sit outside which to my surprise it offers a fantastic view.
The Pavilion Hotel Location was perfect, at a walking distance from major tourist attractions.
We Love this hotel very much.

Room tip: Try to get my room at 354, which seems to be a very big corner room

Overall we had a fine experience. On our first day the room was still not made up by the time we got back at 4 PM which is unacceptable. Many apologies! Also dining room was not available the day we arrived which was disappointing. Beautiful property, excellent service except for the problem above.

Loved this property. Super friendly and helpful staff. Pretty much everyone spoke a good amount of English. We had a room on the 4th floor I believe. Beautiful views of the Ill River over looking a tiny plaza surrounded by a few restaurants and gift shops. You could view the glass top tour boat sail by every so often. Very nice size rooms. Front desk staff extremely helpful with dinner reservations and directions. But the best part was the amazing breakfast. So many items to choose from. Highly recommend.

This hotel, although difficult to reach by car, is in a perfect location to walk around the town. The rooms were all very nice, breakfast pretty good. Staff very pleasant. There is a terrace in back on the river, where you can eat, drink or just sit out and appreciate your time there.

Room tip: Can hardly miss the views on either side of the hotel - see a river.

Hotel located in the center of Petite France. Very close by to the city center. Very nice location and great hotel. We stayed at the 4th floor. Great views. Nice modern room, only take note that you have to climb steep stairs to arrive to the bedroom. In other words my room was in the attic. Take note that the parking at the hotel cost 40 Euros and we decided to park nearby on Parcus Petite France which cost 12 Euros per day and was only a 7 minute walk.
