“Enjoyable Hour”
Reviewed October 8, 2013

We stumbled on the toy museum walking around on a Sunday morning.
The museum looks like it is well attended by locals with kids. We watched the small puppet show with all the little kids sitting down and very interested in what the puppets had to say. (It was NOT creepy like a previous reviewer stated)
A friend of ours is a train collector/enthusiast. We sent pictures and he was amazed at the trains on display.
The dolls were very well presented and were in great shape.
There are antique wagons and little cars.
When we were leaving we noticed kids standing by a door waiting to go into a children's marionette "concert", so stood back and watched it for a few minutes.
Very sweet museum and a great Sunday afternoon for families.

“Brilliant way to spend a rainy Tuesday”
Reviewed September 9, 2013

A fabulous collection of 250 Barbies through the ages - from Adam and Eve, through Joan of Arc, Marie Antoinette, Jackie O and Princess Diana. Great model train sets, complete with detailed mountain and city scenes. Brilliant fun for two adults!

Reviewed August 27, 2013 via mobile

A little museum for ceramic dolls, Barbie 's , trains and fire fighter equipment.
Cute and fun for both kids and grown ups !
They have a large collection of Barbie dolls dressed in historical costumes starting with Adam and Eve all the way up to our modern day.
Upstairs a big collection of model trains and a side exhibition of fire fighters equient and tools.
We spent a nice time there.

“Great for little kids”
Reviewed August 3, 2013

Really cute place for kids. Lots of dolls, doll houses, and toy trains. My son being 13 thought it was amusing but was not especially enchanted, but I can see younger kids loving it.

“Cute museum”
Reviewed July 29, 2013

Nice little toy museum. Colmar canbe a bit boring for younger children (3-5yr olds). This is a nice little stop to keep them amused. It is easy walking distance withi the old town. The dolls collection is amazing and the model railway cute. Downstairs are a few tables of toys/lego for the kids to play with. Will take up about 1.5 hrs of your time.
