We came upon this restaurant walking around the old town. It had been closed on our previous visit in February to Belfort. It is smart but not as expensive as it looked. We chose the 3 course menu for €27 which came also with an amuse-bouches and a pre-dessert. We thought the cooking was top notch. The evening started quietly but by the time we left at 21.00, the young waitress was almost running around. We had mullet or salmon roulade as starters, cod or piece of veal for main course, and all finished with finely sliced pineapple. With water, our total bill for 3 for €116. We would certainly go back
