This was our fourth visit, and it's a fair trip from Preston, but it's worth it. The ambiance, quality of fittings, the service and most importantly the food are all first class. We were made to actually feel welcome rather than a bit of an intrusion, as is the case at some other restaurants.
The food is not cheap but not overly excessive for a major city centre. We never feel rushed and even had a long chat with one of the waiters which, for a Friday evening, was quite welcoming for a change.
All in all, thoroughly recommended even though a bit pricey.
