Our first visit, although we eat in manchester regularly. Loved the setting, quite dark but luxurious and atmospheric. Cow hide seats and black and white decor with large chandeliers. We ate on Friday night at 9.30pm, our table was ready when we arrived. One of the best things about this place was the staff who were very friendly and professional, taking time to explain the menu, recommend wine (and allowing us to sample a couple to determine our preferences) We felt looked after and the service was personal but not overpowering. The cuts of steak are bought to the table for you to see and to help you choose the most suitable. The food once cooked was lovely, portions good, menu was not huge but enough choice, We had steak and fish main courses both were enjoyable. Will definitely be returning.

After reading some of the less satisfied reviews about this restraunt Ive been left completely confused?? Myself and my partner have visited this establishment around six times and everytime have recieved an amazing service and the quality of the food/meat has been out of this world. Cocktails amazing, atmosphere amazing. Again I'm struggling to understand how anyone could say anything bad about the place. It's our anniversary on the 28th and have already booked without hesitation :)

Went here with friend while in manchester for medical conference. Started with Argentine king prawns - four small prawns on a smear of guacamole - a complete rip-off at £12.95. For mains we had the gaucho tasting plate, described as 'A taste of three of our most popular cuts in chorizo, ancho and entraña fina' (£33.95). This was a perfectly acceptable but unremarkable plate of steak, and a poor relation to the magnificent slabs of meat that one gets in a genuine Buenos Aires parillada. With a couple of sides, a bottle of middling Malbec and two coffees, the bill came to £172. This is not good value for money and I would not visit any of this chain's outlets again
