Went with family to celebrate my son's birthday. His choice, although he booked late so it wasn't his first. Our waiter was Wayne. The building is enormous inside, looked like a converted church. You have to like steak, and appreciate the different cuts of meat, as Wayne will give you a presentation at your table on what is on offer. Cow hides on the wall and on the seat covers

really good upmarket steak restaurant, but plenty for non-steak eaters too. Loved my trio of ceviche.

Went once for my partner's birthday, and another time with a group of friends. Loved the rump steak, and the atmosphere. Great service too.

I love this place!

Its become a bit of a family tradition to come here for special occasions. This time for my Wife's birthday.
(They have to be special occasions to justify the price - we could have a good basic weekend in Italy for the price of this meal ;o)

The atmosphere is good. The service is excellent.
I love the way they come to explain the different cuts of meat with a big slab of wood decorated with different bits of dead cow. Always good advice on the best way to have them cooked too.

I usually go for a nice rare Rump or Fillet, but this time opted for a medium rare Rib-Eye. Unbeatable flavour and texture.

We had a couple of bottles of the Tempranillo from their Seleccion G list (2009/10 Luigi Bosca Barrancas) - Mmmmm!

Not a cheap night out (we paid about £60/head), but worth it.
(Having said that - my kids would go there just for the cheesy bread)
