Description: A family run business established for over 20 years, we're one of Manchester's favourite Indian Curry Houses. We offer a huge choice of delicious curries and are located in the heart of the Northern Quarter, tucked away on Soap Street.

This little greasy spoon style Indian, hidden away up a side street in the northern quarter, offers great food at low prices. With specific menus for each day there is a selection of meat and veggie curry to choose from. Myself and my boyfriend went for the 3 veggie currys (lentil dhal, mixed veg and cauliflower) on rice with a garlic naan to share and a couple of soft drinks, totalling at £8.70. You don't get much more a bargain than that! Don't expect luxury surroundings or high class service, but do expect fantastic food, low prices and a welcoming atmosphere. Go, right now!

This n that has been a favourite of mine for more than twenty years now. There are alot of immitators which have sprung up in the area, but none as good as the original. The mix of people eating here at lunch time is amazing, from construction workers, shoppers to office workers in suits. Never heard anybody say a bad word about this place, and I'll be going back for anothwer twenty years.

Excellent authentic Indian food. This place is off the beaten track but well worth a visit. Tasty, fresh and authentic food. Is more of a cafe/canteen than a restaurant but I think this adds to the charm. Great selection of meat/vegetarian options and the most amazing onion pakoras.
