I've been to Ocean Treasure many times before and it's always the company you take that makes the night rather than the place itself
The reviews about poor customer service are nothing new on here, but tonight really took the biscuit!
Slow, is the norm, but don't dare to question your bill... Tonight was quite an experience! Upon questioning the bill, yet still paying in full, with a small tip (they do work the staff!) to have the manager spit in your face, whilst telling you he doesn't need you as he has plenty other customers, calling security and grabbing you arm whilst leaving, in front of your kids, having his own security guards apologising an telling HIM to calm down was really quote surreal..... And embarrassing in a packed restaurant and bar!
Seriously, I think it's lost what it once had...... There are much better places that offer nicer food, at a lesser cost, when all you want is a nice night out with friends and family ......... You have been warned (I only wish I had been)
