Hotel is conveniently located close to Picadilly station. Expectations were high but the hotel is a 2 star masquerading as a 4 star. The interior of rooms is tired (brown is the color) and the service on the front desk is patchy. There is nothing really wrong with the hotel but nothing particularly good either. If you want to just crash on business then maybe it is okay but there are much cheaper and competitive alternatives.

Spa staff lovely and friendly, clean and relaxing.
Hot stone massage and when hubby fell asleep they covered him with a blanket. Room spot on and fabulous meal. Wonderful one night romantic break. Late, maybe last ones in for breakfast, but still had lots of choice.

Stayed here on business recently. The room was fine with all mod-cons. Breakfast was fine. It is walking distance from Picaddily station which is an advantage. Only down side is there are not that many restaurants in easy walking distance.

Used this hotel for a conference that packed the city out so the rates were higher than normal. Had a large, clean room with excellent views on the 6th floor. Close to the station, farther from the city centre. ie: about a mile from Exchange Hall. Is right next to a busy road, but you would never know from the quiet rooms. helpful staff. Didn't try the breakfast so can't speak for that Overall, would recommend.

City break and staying in this lovely hotel. Nice and cosy, I really like the setting. I don't like the "bigger" brand hotels where it feels cold and distant.

I had my dinner and breakfast on the hotel restaurant, both were lovely. Bit dear, but service and food was outstanding. I jotted down the waitress Shanshan, she had a memorable smile and really down to earth, it is rare nowadays! Hope to be back again! Soon.
