We stayed here for one night, in order to catch an early morning flight.
The hotel room was lovely, clean, fresh and comfy.
Bed was really comfortable, lovely duvet and soft pillows and shower nice and powerful.
The staff were all really helpful and friendly.
Food expensive in bar area, but really tasty and freshly prepared.
Would definitely stay here again, if flying from Manchester, and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Our flight was delayed by 4 hours from Lanzarote so instead of checking in around 1am it was closer to 5am. The guy on reception was fantastic and offered to put a couple of extra hours on the room so we could get a bit longer to sleep but unfortunately we already had a train booked for 11am!!
Room 106 (I think it was) was fab, all newly refurbished. Bed was SO comfortable, shower was fab and modern.
Breakfast was great, served 6am-10am, even 10 minutes before finishing serving they were bringing out fresh sausages, eggs and beans. No bacon which I thought odd and only scrambled eggs but all very nice nonetheless.
Will stay again, great price on the room via booking.com, comfortable, modern, very kind, helpful, friendly staff. Perfect! All that was missing was getting more sleep!!

Room Tip: 106 - newly refurbished and gorgeous!

Me and my partner stayed at this hotel either end of our holiday abroad, the staff were lovely, they couldn't do enough for you, and the shuttle service was great, never had to wait more than five minutes.
Breakfast was great, serve yourself, a good selection of hot and cold food, lots of choice regarding teas, coffees and juice and a special mention to the lovely blonde lady who met you at breakfast, she was great!
Free wifi was an added bonus, tv was great to wind down, the bar was quick and easy, and the bathrooms were amazing for an airport hotel the bathrooms are huge!
The beds....too comfortable, but an 11am checkout helped!

***The only thing i would think about, would be how many trips, are you planning to make from the airport and back during your stay, on just one night stay we
1) Travelled from airport to hotel (to check in and dump our suitcases)
2) Hotel to airport (we were spending the day in the city centre)
3) Airport to hotel (to stay the night)
4) Hotel to airport (to fly abroad)
Each journey cost the best part of £10 for us, when added up we could have stayed in the Radisson blu actually in terminal 2, however i cannot fault the hotel itself or the wonderful staff x

Hello

Thank you for using your own time to leave a review of your stay with us, I am so pleased you liked the bathrooms, the power shower is huge and as we have just re-branded the beds and other furniture are new too.

When you stay again we could look at a taxi for £6 rather than using the shuttle bus, depending on how many are in your group this could work out more advantageous.

Once again thank you for the review.

Kind regards

Denise Jennings

We stayed one night in the hotel as we were booked in to go on the coronation street tour. The hotel is only a 25 minute drive from Manchester city centre. We found all the staff to be friendly and very efficient. Check in time was very fast. The reception area is very clean and modern with lots of comfortable seating areas. Food was available from 5 pm-10 pm. We arrived to the hotel around 4pm and the chef obliged us by preparing food early as my son was feeling hungry. The room was very spacious, clean and had the most comfortable beds and pillows that I have ever experienced in a hotel. The bathroom was spotless and contained a huge walk in shower. they supplied a generous supply of soft towels and they also supply dove hand soap and shower gel in wall mounted dispencers. Breakfast the next morning was a feast and Lisa looked after us by guiding us around the breakfast areas. We will definitely be back to this hotel

Stayed here for one night to collect my stepdaughter from Manchester Airport the following morning.

The staff on check-in were very friendly and full of banter, check in time was very minimal and simple.

The room was a decent size, with a very comfortable cosy bed.

Lovely big shower ( no bath ) nice clean room with all you need for a night's stay.

Breakfast was nice ( weirdly no Bacon???) Gutted as I love bacon with my cooked breakfast, its kind of the norm! But still scrambled egg, sausage, beans and toast etc. Tried the orange juice but it was watered down so left it.

Ideal location for airport. I do think parking should be free if you have paid to stay at the hotel. ( not £5 which it cost )

Lovely staff, they make the place!!
