My Husband & I got married 3 wks ago. We hadnt had chance for a mini break so as a treat he booked a night away here. He book an executive room.
Omg upon opening the door the heat hit you, it was red hot. Then we saw the stains on the carpet, at least 10, then the furniture was scuffed as were the walls. Under the glass top was full of dirt.
We complained & told the carpet was new! They moved us to another room, cleaner but still way too hot.
Bear in mind this room was £230.
The executive lounge, nothing left to eat, nowhere to sit.
Returned for a drink in the executive lounge later after a meal out. Freezing and no prosecco left, still nowhere to sit.
We returned to the hot room.
Didnt sleep due to bright clock lighting up the whole room and noise from the useless aircon.
Please book a premier inn dont book here, its a waste of money and dated.
Wished we had just left!
