We stayed at this hotel on 27th march 2013 as we were in the city just to visit old trafford with our 4 boys. We found the staff to be very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were basic but clean. Hubby loved the big screen tv! Service at breakfast was also friendly and efficient. Definitely worth staying at if you are on a budget.

We stayed at this Premier inn on Monday 25th for one night. We went for a gig. We were in room 144.

The room-
It was okay having stayed in a Premier inn before we thought the rooms would be a bit better, but its just a bed for the night. You could not open the windows. But there was air con which was fab. If you like your tea or coffee, you're best of bringing your own milk. We had 2 coffees, 2 teas and 2 milk... So only one of ua had a drink. The downside to the room, there was spider webs on the roof above the bed and the toilet was dirty.

The breakfast-
We opted for the buffet breakfast, the food was okay but for the money you pay for us it wasn't worth it. If you're not greedy, then the cheaper option is to have a full English at wetherpoon for 3.99 rather than the buffet for 8.95 each. Although the staff that were there Monday morning were fantastic.

The location-
Its great if you don't mind walking. From the train station its just straight down the left but about a 20 minute walk. To the arndale you can go through China town it probably takes 15 minutes. Unfortunately due to the location I couldn't sleep because of the noisy roads and was woken up about 8 am because the housekeeper knocking on the door.

Stayed here on 15 March for 2 nights. The hotel is in a great location within easy walking distance of the coach station and was very close the Ritz Manchester where we were going to see the Avett Brothers. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. I have to say the staff at this hotel were exceptional - very helpful, super friendly, took a real interest in the guests and nothing was too much trouble. This was our first stay at this Premier Inn and we look forward to our next visit.

we are a family of 6. Included in our party was an 82 year old, and three children under 10 and 2 adults. We stayed here from the 14th March until the 18th March as we were in manchester for a family wedding. I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff were the friendliest and the most helpful i have ever encountered. the rooms were spotless. the breakfast buffet was delicious. It is a very quiet hotel considering that its situated in the middle of the city, literally a 10 minute stroll to the arndale centre.

I stayed here on 17th march as me and the wife was in Manchester to watch The Script in concert and to celebrate St Patricks day, our room was clean and spacious and the location was really good!! We managed to get the room for £19 so we were on to a winner from the start! I would stay here again no problems 5/5 for everything!!

Normally I regard stays in a Premier Inn as cheap with no frills. This stay has changed my view, and is due to the amazing work of the staff. They were so friendly and helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. One of the best experiences of customer service I have had anywhere in the UK.

Stayed for a night as at a nearby conference. For around £50, one of the best budget stays I have ever had. Perfect location in central Manchester, clean large and quiet room and the staff were all uniformly helpful and enthusiastic (at any hour). Will stay again when next in town.
