Hotel was OK, but if you need twin beds, be aware you will be offered one double (which was very comfortable) and a sofabed (not so comfy).
Breakfast very good value, both full and Continental available.

Stayed here last weekend for a valentines treat as we were going to see the Lion King at the Palace theatre. This hotel looks nothing from the outside but was clean and staff were very helpful. The hotel is just around the corner from the Palce theatre and there are plenty of eating placed nearby inc China Town. The hotel was a bargain at £29 a night and breakfast worth £8.25. Would stay here again.

The check in staff were friendly and let me check in a little early too. As a single woman staying in a room they gave me one closer to the elevator and the room was nice and quiet too, the bed was very comfortable, bathroom clean and modern. Only minor criticism was the one comfortable chair in the room was at opposite side of room to the fairly small screen TV. Breakfast had a good choice and tasted fresh, but if eating at restaurant for a meal later not much choice for non-meat eaters, although lots of places to eat nearby if you want to eat out. But overall a great price for a short stay in a decent hotel, would be happy to use again.

Room Tip: They have a good night sleep guarantee, so all rooms should be quiet or your money back.

Had a night at the theatre so wanted a good value city centre hotel - always been happy with Premier inn due to comfy beds and cleaniness of hotels. Kim the receptionist was so friendly and helpful upon arrival and the room was clean and ideal for what we needed. Had a great meal in the restaurant before heading out to the theatre and slept so well that night due to the quietness! Would definitely stay here again for future visits to Manchester. Got a 30 percent dicount on local parking which was right next door to the hotel. All in all great value, customer service and rooms were clean and comfy.
