Many thanks to all at the hotel, especially Tom the manager & Kim. We had a very noisy & disruptive person on our floor in the early hours of the Sunday morning. Tom & Sam (security) sorted it out in a very professional manner without fuss. The man was extremely rude to them both, but neither changed their cool demeanour. I was very impressed indeed. Cameron (security) is friendly & welcoming on your return in the early hours. Its always a comfort staying here & knowing the security at the hotel is in fine hands. This hotel is extremely clean & nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff;especially housekeeping. This hotel is central to the gay village & China Town, just on the outskirts of the city shopping centre. Its a 10mins walk from Piccadilly Train Station.

Room Tip: Rooms at the back of the hotel are quieter & ask 4 a first floor room if you like the bar/food on your level.

Fantastic location, friendly staff. When I saw location I was instantly worried about the noise from the main road but this proved to be no problem. I definately would stay here again. Was ideally situated on the heart of Manchester.

We had a two-night stay here as part of a trip to Manchester for a wedding. When I inquired at reception for the nearest shops because my son needed a belt for his suit trousers, the assistant pointed us in the right direction but said it was a long walk. Not to worry, he added, your son can borrow my belt for the day! And so he did. How thoughtful and generous. And indicative of excellent service throughout our stay. Thank you Rob and thank you Premier Inn!

Good value at only £29. Room was clean and modern, the heater wasn't working but they provided a small portable one instead. Only criticism is that we were above the sign on the front and the light streamed through the top of the curtain which made getting to sleep difficult to begin with. Beds comfortable and dinner at the Table Table restaurant adjoining the hotel was lovely.

This hotel is very close to the main train station. Close to shops and restaurants, right beside China Town and the Gay Area. Really nice staff, rooms are large and the bathrooms are really nice. It was a quiet hotel even though its in such a central area.
