Booking and check in fast and easy. Reminder text and emails helpful.
Stayed in very large room with ab huge king size bed and two single beds for my teenage sons.
Clean good qualified bedding and towel.
For a city cente hotel was very quiet. Didn't hear any other guests comming and going which is a first for me.
Had an evening meal in the hotel before going to a concert. Plus breakfast in the morning. Very good quality.
In future will always look for this hotels availability first when comming to manchester.

Stayed here after a high at MEN. you would be hard pressed to find anywhere more convenient. Indeed the place was full of concert goers. Still, the staff were friendly, helpful and good humoured. The staff on reception were cheerful and seemed very keen to help with anything. Car parking arrangements weren't entirely clear but that was swiftly sorted out. the room had both a heater and a fan as well as perfectly functional air con.
We were going to eat in the restaurant but before we at down the maitre d' asked if we were going to the concert as there was a delay in the kitchen and it might make us late. This I thought was a nice touch. They even started where else to go.
We will be going back here next time we are going to the Arena.

Dear AndeeDerby
Thank you for taking time to post such a positive review regarding your stay at the hotel.
I will make sure that your comments are passed on to the rest of the team. Concert nights do tend to get busy in the restaurant as everybody seems to want to eat at the same time.
The next time you are attending a concert at the Arena and come to stay with us please don't hesitate to give the hotel a call after you have made your booking and we can reserve you a table.
Thank you again

Noisy people next door, noise from the road and emergency services woke me up but otherwise a nice room, staff were friendly, parking not enough spaces, ideal location to city centre, would stay again

My Sister and I are huge fans of this amazing Band who hail from Manchester. We had flown down to Manchester for a first ever visit to this amazing City. There were several Premier Inns to chose from and I am so glad I chose this one! 10/10 for everything! From the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The Staff here gave 110% all day and never walked past without a smile and a hello. The Hotel itself was spotlessly clean, in the best possible situation for sightseeing and shopping as well as the Gig we were going to.

Our room was 307 and was absolutely huge! We had twin beds which was great for us girls and during our stay we ate breakfast and an evening meal for the first time at this chain of hotels. Again, what can I say! Breakfast was piping hot with plenty to chose from, the Waitress pointed everything out and explained about having different types of egg cooked fresh to order. Similarly, our evening meal, you must try the mushroom risotto which was delicious, and the Staff once again took care of our every need.

There is absolutely nothing I can criticise in this Hotel and said as much to the Staff as we were leaving to which they gave us a loud cheer!

Well done and when we are back in Manchester - and yes, we are coming back to this friendly, amazingly wonderful City - we will stay at this Hotel again.

I understand upgrades are about to take place so you may want to make enquiries when you book.

Room Tip: Ours was 307 which was great. Rooms being upgraded and Staff did tell us to ask for one when we make our next booking.

I have stayed here 8 or 9 times. In the past and my room 506 had seen better days, cupboards had veneer coming off and very hard to get cold water out of the tap In the sink , carpets and decor could do with a refresh , food second to none staff very friendly , just a shame in all the times I have stayed this is first I noticed the room felt grubby :-(

As you are probably aware we are under going a complete re-furbishment of the hotel at the present time. Yes the rooms were starting to look shabby but I can assure you if you stay with us on your next visit to Manchester you will see a massive improvement.
Your comments regarding the team will be passed on to them.
We look forward to welcoming you back soon.
