Very very nice. great city centre hotel. Lovely room. Lovely bar area and breakfast room. In a great location for the theatre and eating places. Nice and quiet. We had a 7th floor room. The views were fantastic. At night when all the lights in the city were on it was magical.Loved it. Cant wait to go back to it.

Room Tip: Ask for a front facing room.

Great location, Quiet room, Good value and Safe Hotel. Stayed on the 5th floor at the back of the hotel. Great nights sleep and such a good location for getting round manchester. You can park opposite in the Gmex carpark and get a discount when leaving ask reception.

Room Tip: Higher room at the back of the hotel

Really conveniently located for Manchester Central Convention Centre! Really clean rooms of good standard, higher than the average budget hotel. Comfortable and large bed, spacious room, plenty of wardrobe space. Beautiful views of the city from higher floors (5th floor for me). Friendly and helpful staff. Costa Coffee shop attached to restaurant, very convenient for morning coffee!! Delicious breakfast, everything freshly cooked, plenty of cereal options. Easy to walk to Arndale Centre, only 10 mins away. Plenty of good restaurants nearby within 5-10 minutes walking distance. Tram stop only 2 minutes walking distance from hotel. Overall great budget hotel at a convenient location, good value for money! Will stay again if visiting Manchester.

Room Tip: Choose a higher floor for great views of the city!

Stayed here whilst at a Conference in the Covention Centre; very convenient and comfortable. Better than I expected. Breakfast selection was particularly good and I appreciated having eggs to order rather than having the usual mass produced versions one tends to get these days. Room was good in all respects.

We stayed here recently for a weekend for a couples weekend away to see a show and induldge in some big city shopping. As a regular visitor to Premier Inns for both business and pleasure I can definately recommend this hotel. As always at all locations throughout the UK the customer service and friendliness of all colleagues is fantastic, thank you all again. We ate late one evening in the hotel and the food is better than you would expect . I do agree with a previous reviewer re the soap dispensers in the bathroom, not a fan!!! Do not hesitate to book this hotel if you are going to Manchester, while the imposing Midland Hotel looks amazing the reviews are not great and the prices are as you would expect from a 4 star city centre hotel, highly over priced!

This is a great hotel when visiting the Bridgewater Hall which is only a short walk away. The member of staff we first met when registering was a delight. Very friendly and helpful. The bedroom was ok and beds were comfortable, Our only concern was with the bathroom. Water runs down the sink plughole extremely slowly and found this very frustrating. Apparently, all the bathrooms have this problem. Also, don't like the use of liquid soap with the sink. Can't see why they couldn't provide a small bar of solid soap, the extra cost would be minimal. For one night this is no real problem, but would not like it for longer.

Saw the promotion online (our rate was approximately GBP 40 per night for a double room) and decided to stayed here for 3 nights before watching a football game. Location was very good, just opposite St. Peter's Square, i.e. essentially the centre of Manchester city. Within walking distance to most attractions and train stations. Room was larger than we have expected, bed and pillows comfortable. Check-in & check out were fast and efficient. Staff at the reception desk were friendly and could answer clearly all our questions regarding room facilities and directions. As there were some problems with our UK mobile phone card, a staff member let us use the phone at the reception desk to make a local call free of charge. Overall, this is a value-for-money choice of budget hotel and we would love to try other Premier Inns in other cities in future,
