Modern rooms in a brilliantly convenient location, excellent value for money. If you need anything at all, the staff are there 24 hours a day and nothing is too much trouble. Special mention to Cole for putting up with my constant pestering! :-D

Had a brilliant time, as usual Premier Inn was up to our expectations. Room, and cleanliness was 100%, good nights sleep, Close to Mancheter Arndale shopping centre very central. We will visit again without hesitation.

Room Tip: 8th floor, excellent view of the city!

I stayed here for 4 nights whilst on a course and for the price it was really good value and in a great location. Rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. The breakfast was abit of a rip off so I didn't eat there much but they do offer a grab n go breakfast which is a cheaper option. There is a really nice Italian restaurant just up the road which is fab. I would definitely stay here again.

So often, even at the 'high end' of the hotel market I have been woken up or kept awake by noisy guests outside my room, and noisy guests talking loudly and running their showers etc in nearby rooms, early in the morning. There was none of this here, so I woke refreshed and ready for my day. Check in and check out were very fast. My only qualm was the wait to be served at breakfast while the staff busied themselves with their own needs. Excellent value for money, though. I will definitely use them again.

Room Tip: The top floor (8th) is recommended.

my 2 daughters and I stayed there when we went to a concert recently. the restaurant staff were lovely & friendly. our room was not allocated and was told that all the family rooms were in use even though our room had been booked for 7 months. we were found a twin room which was fine. the air con was a god send as it was a hot weekend

Room Tip: even the rooms on the main road were quiet

Stayed here 2 times now both for concerts at the MEN Arena. Love this hotel. Great location about 10-15 min walk from the MEN and Arndale Centre. Got it for a great price too £39 for a night for 2 in a twin room.

Very comfy beds and spacious rooms. Really quite at night - cant hear anybody from other rooms.
Costa Coffee right next door which is good for a coffee fix in the morning.

Will definitely stay here again in the future!

Previous reports have said it all...... an excellent hotel, and as it's name implies in a good central location.

Superb, immaculately clean, and spacious rooms with helpful reception and restaurant staff.

Observation - NOT complaints - if you are a stranger to Manchester arriving by car the hotel is not an easy place to find, primarily because of the one-way-streets and designated tram areas.

One can park illegally outside for a few seconds to drop off baggage but that's it. The hotel does not have a car park.

Parking is available "opposite" the hotel at a public NCP Car Park, but the entrance to this is difficult to get to from the hotel. Parking for up to 24-hours is £18.50 and security at the car park is not good !!!.

The paking issue is not really the hotel's problem, but I have to mention it for the benefit of travellers.
