We stayed for our anniversary just for one night thank god the food was almost cold when it arrived the room was far to warm even with the air on on full and both windows open all day and night the breakfast again was almost cold I think the only saving grace for us was the location u are within walking distance of everything we had to go for a stroll late at night because the room was stifling

I am sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay if you had let us know we would have arranged a room move if the air conditioning was not working correctly.

This was A pleasent stay, the hotel staff was friendly and did a good job. The hotelroom was very nice, moderne decorated. Biggest minus is expensive wi-fi and not very impressive breakfast. But that is typical for england.

The location is excellent, short distance to whatever you want.

Thank you for your comments i an pleased you enjoyed the hotel, we do give 30 minutes free internet then a small charge when compared to some of the major hotel brands. Our breakfast buffet and AlaCarte choices are usually well received i anm sorry you did not enjoy.

We stayed 2 nights in Manchester and our travel agent organised this hotel for us. It was clean and quiet although we had a themed room, cliff Richard which was a bit corny. A terrific restaurant and bar was down stairs which we ate and drank very happily. Well located in the center of manchester far enough away from the main shopping center which was very busy.

I stayed just for one night in a corner room. The check in service was very good, but we had to order extra pillows (only 1 each provided) and towels - which smelled rather odd and had to get the iron replaced as the sole plate was burned. The bed was not the most comfortable either

Room Tip: Parking is free on the street outside between 6 at night and 8 in the morning.

Having to travel to Manchester was exciting, but the hotel was another thing that i was looking forward to. In my strong opinion i believe this is a really excellent hotel and at its price its the best one i have been to in a while, its close to the town center so you can quickly do a nice shopping and come back without having to walk too far, and also its got this amazing bar which was amazing. I wanted to stay but my mates were telling me its too late so we had to go sleep. great time would love to visit again.

I booked this hotel on-line for my first trip to England. I was pleasantly surprised by the value! The room was awesome! Plenty big, comparable to what I expect in the states. And very well equipped. Nice tv, and desk. The bathroom was spacious and modern. No problems with hot or cold water at all. And the linens were excellent quality.

AS with any hotel, the connected restaurant was a tad expensive, but the food is excellent quality and the service gracious. The bar was actually fairly lively the night I dropped in for a pint. On Saturday, they had a dj and some cheerful patrons taking advantage of that fact with their interesting dance moves. A pleasant evening indeed. Breakfast was a buffet proper english breakfast.

It is well-situated, right across from the art museum, which turned out a good place to wander to try to get rid of some jet lag. Down the street, two different ways, is a Starbucks. Right out the corner is the St Peter's Metrolink station. About a quarter mile up the street is Picadilly gardens, a main hub for the tram and the buses. Also at the gardens is many shopping options.

Perfect location, friendly staff, very comfortable rooms, and a nice relaxed atmosphere made this one of my favorite hotels and cities to visit. I plan on returning soon and often.

Room Tip: I was on the fourth floor. I never heard another guest, and the AC/heater was never heard , either.
