Thank you for such a lovely review. I am glad to hear you enjoyed the historic architecture and I hope you will return soon.
We stayed for 1 night and were upgraded to a family apartment which we found incredibly roomy. Just perfect for a group or family trip to the city. We absolutely loved it and will book to stay here again. Located just around the corner from Manchester Picadilly station made the location perfect - a really pleasant walk into the city for shopping/eating.
Thank you for your kind review. I am delighted to hear you enjoyed your stay and I look forward to welcoming you back in the future.
we stayed at the place in a one bedroom apartment (complete with comfy living room and dining room, full kitchen and washer/dryer) during the week of my friend's wedding that also took place at this venue. so spacious with a canal view and original steel beams and high brick ceilings of this one time cotton factory our apartment was clean, the bed was solid and the attentive staff was there to meet our every need. the wedding took place outside of our apartment so our commute to the event was steps away. we were surprised at how wonderful the food was not only at the wedding reception, but also from the room service to the included breakfast meals. other than very slow elevators, i do not think you will be disappointed if you stay at the place.
Thank you for such a lovely review. We take great pride in the food we serve and it is always gratifying to hear excellent comments about our weddings.
Stayed for one night and wished it could have been longer. From the moment we arrived the reception staff were friendly and helpful. I had booked a one bed apartment but actually got a two bed one. The apartment was huge and very well presented. Everything had been considered, even down to fresh milk in the fridge. The building has been beautifully restored and the apartment was amazing. If you are going to manchester don't stay in a conventional hotel room, go for something a little different, if you choose the place I'm sure you won't be disappointed.
Thank you for your great review. I look forward to welcoming you back in the future.
Just spent a night at this Hotel after an afternoon Matinee at the Opera House in Manchester.
Although we had booked a one bedroom apartment we were given a two bedroom. This had a lovely lounge/dining area a fully fitted kitchen two bedrooms which both had queen sized beds and two bathrooms one with a shower and one with a bath. The bed linen was lovely and crisp, lovely large bath towels and just about everything you could wish for was to hand.
My husband had also booked breakfast for us which was taken in a very nice dining room and the selection was very good. Cereals, fresh fruit including strawberries, yoghurt, toast and any combination of cooked breakfast that you like. All in all a lovely nights stay, we could certainly recommend this Hotel.
Thank you for such a glowing review. It is wonderful to hear such positive comments and I have passed them on to my team.
Excellent apartments, spacious, clean and a great atmosphere in the lobby and bar areas. The perfect place to stay when in Manchester as so central, reasonably priced and comfortable. Used primarily for business but would not hesitate to stay with friends or partner for a weekend as the apartments give the feel of a home away from home and so much nicer than cramming into a hotel room!
Thank you for such an excellent review. I look forward to your return whether for business or pleasure.
