I've ate in the restaurant on many occasions. The food is outstanding every time. The pashwari naan is the best ive tasted an they cut it in to squares, it really is delicious!! It is a little out of the way but as the food is so good we decided to order a takeaway. It was as though it came from a different restaurant. The food was very bland and not tasty at all. The paswari naan breads were burnt badly and was your big standard oval type with not much fruit in. We were told 30 minutes and arrive approximately 30 mins later and waited another 30 minutes then we had a 20 minute drive home. When we got in we were both starving so we ate it, apart from the burnt naan breads. Afterwards I felt so disappointed as it cost nearly £25 for two and we didn't even enjoy it so I rang the restaurant and spoke to the manager who said I should of rang before we ate it. I explained how hungry we were and that we didn't eat it all, we still have most of the curry left and the burnt naan breads but he said I should speak to him next time I come in. I told him I wouldn't be back and I will not embarrass myself by asking for the manager in the restaurant whilst I am with guests and he would compensate me, I never complain about anything but I don't think this was handled in the best way. My family and friends often visit this restaurant but have now been out off therefore I feel he should of sent me a voucher in the post or asked me to come in and collect it not sort it out next time I'm in as this will not happen. I was more concerned with the fact it cost do much and was not of the same quality of the restaurant and burnt and the fact we didn't enjoy it, none of us. We only ate it as we were starving and it had cost nearly £25!
