We have visited tonight and Jenny (aka Fiz) came and spent time with all guests. The food was amazing, atmosphere great and lovely having a live artist singing and playing the piano in the background. All food was amazing and brilliantly presented. More importantly the staff were all smiling and happy to talk to you.

We had lunch at Annies, the food was very tasty, came out hot and the portion sizes were a good size. We had my disabled son with us who is a wheelchair user and has profound special needs. They were very understanding and made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Jenny's dad introduced himself to us and was very keen to make sure we were happy with everything.
My niece wants to have a family meal for her 16th birthday in October.

What a fantastic place to eat! We had the lunch time menu which was by no means expensive - £13.95 for 2 courses or £17.95 for a three course lunch!
The fish was amazing and my friends had the burger which they said was really tasty!
I could go on forever with the praise for the whole experience!
Not a snobby place - just a nice down to earth Manchester experience!
Thanks to all the staff for the great service!!

I went with a group of friends to Annies, early on a Saturday evening. The staff were so polite and friendly and really helpful. The food was delicious and in my opinion good value. The food is wholesome with style. I had the three cheese and onion pie and chips which was delicious and I think was about £17, so dearer than pub grub, but not overpriced for a restaurant. The venue is lovely and has character.

The cocktails were lovely and again not a bad price at £6.95.

We will definitely be going back and I would recommend it for a night out as a couple or with friends

As a group of women friends we eat in Manchester or the close suburb of Chorlton once a week throughout the year. We will certainly visit Annies again, it is a really good find. It has subtle style with its dark simple interior, amazing friendly and efficient staff and well presented food from its lunchtime menu. A proper restaurant at last, not just a bar.
