We ate here on Saturday, by accident if truth be known.

I was looking for somewhere to eat with a 10 year old, and lots of restaurants in Manchester don't allow children in. I was in the area looking for somewhere to eat before a matinee performance at the Opera House, and this place was recommended to me by another restaurant nearby (who couldn't accomodate the 10 year old....)

A fabulously upbeat building and the decor, music and general atmosphere was very lively.

We had burgers and chips, with a cuban twist (spicier) and they were delicious.

The food was great and very reasonable and the service was excellent.

Would definitely go again

We went here on a Saturday evening for a couple of drinks and ended up staying three hours! Great range of cocktails which are all freshly made and delicious. Despite it being extremely busy, service was pretty quick. Happy hour is great value. Fabulous atmosphere, will definitely be back.

I have been to Revolucion De Cuba before for drinks and always found the atmosphere vibrant and friendly, it was therefore no hesitation to take work colleagues there.
I had booked a table and despite it being busy we were taken to our table immediately, the waitress took our drinks order while we decided on what to eat.
We ordered olives and bread and whilst the olives were not the best they filled a gap while we waited.
The main courses were hot and large portions, none of the ladies finished theirs!
We had a mixture of cocktails including mojito's and tequila shots all of which were reasonably priced.
I understand they also do great teapot cocktails, which are apparently great but we did not have the chance to try.
The atmosphere was great, there was a band playing and despite it being on a Thursday evening the place was crowded.
Overall a fantastic place for post work drinks or a late evening with friends, as Revolucion De Cuba does not close till late you will have an amazing night.

Arrived there after being at the Grand National and the party atmosphere was just what we wanted. Busy and Lively but with attentive and efficient bar staff. Mojitos were great! Nice big, clean ladies loos- always an advantage. Menu seemed to consist of tapas style dining - we didn't eat but the food looked good. The live band was great made us want to plan a trip to Cuba!

After hearing great reviews we visited for the first time on Good Friday, it was busy when we arrived just after 5 pm but it would be when the cocktails are buy one get one free wouldn't it?! We knew this so did expect it to be busy. We soon found a seat and settled in to soak up the atmosphere. When the band started we couldn't believe how great they were, the young girl singing was brilliant! Although we'd tried to book in advance for food and were told it was fully booked when we asked on arrival they did accommodate us but with a 90 minute wait which didn't bother us at all as we took advantage of the bogof cocktails 5-7pm on a Friday. We ate small dishes rather than main meals, all was lovely but the best were the donuts for dessert with dipping chocolate & caramel yum yum! We will definitely be going back - soon!
