we bought a meal deal for two meal course and a drink for £19.95 which it should have been £54.00. it looks good value. when we booked for Sunday night the gave us Sunday set menu which included starter and mains. They told us you can choose from starter but not from main. starters were ok. they brought us supposedly microwave and very basic turkey roast with cold veg tasted terrible. when we looked at their site their Sunday roast had options different meat with Yorkshire pudding with the price off £9.99 for two course meal per person NOT £54.00.
This deal was completely misleading and disappointing.

Visited this City Centre gem twice recently for a 3-course meal, booked using vouchers due to Tripadvisor reviews and were definately not disapointed. Went once for Sunday roast with choice of chicken or beef and second time well worth upgrading to steak for £3.
Staff were pleasant, eager to please and portions were great considering on an offer. Plenty of choice on the menu, starter, main and dessert. ALL FOOD WAS FANTASTIC and overall one of the best meals i've ever had.
Whether it's a quiet afternoon drink or an evening meal this comes highly recommended.
Take a look at the 2-course specials on the standard menu and give it a try.
See you again soon.

i along with my family not for the first have enjoyed a first class meal in the 2 Kosy restaurant.
On entering the restaurant we were greeted by very friendly attentive staff and shown to a comfortable well presented table.
my wife enjoyed a well presented sea bass on a bed of crushed potatoes with a tomato and basil sauce.
I had sirloin steak cooked to perfection with a pepper sauce hand cut chips and fresh vegetables.
The meal was a delight , as was the house wine.
The restaurant is relatively small, cosy, and welcoming, well located for shopping on King St, St Anne,s Square and Deansgate.
Prices are very reasnoble

This used to be Harpers. I have eaten here a couple of times recently with friends and each time we have all really enjoyed the food. They can cook a rare steak, the chips I had today were the best I have ever had, really fantastic. We had the Christmas lunch, 3 courses plus a glass of Proseco for under £14! great value, really good food, service was fine. Try it

After shopping all morning we called at 2 Kozy for lunch. We chose the special Xmas menu which was 3 courses for £13.95 plus a free glass of Prosecco. What a great deal! I had crayfish tails and prawn salad followed by seabass with tomato and basil sauce and vegetables, then I had cheese and biscuits. My partner had broccoli and goats cheese soup, steak with peppercorn sauce, chips and salad (the steak was done just to his liking), followed by apple pie and custard. The food, service, ambience and decor were of the highest standard. The situation of the restaurant was very convenient, just up the road from House of Fraser and the Xmas markets. We followed the meal with 2 delicious coffees and then we were ready to face the Xmas shopping again. We will definitely be back. John and Mary from Buxton.
