If you are reading this review you probably have been to TGIs before and know what to expect, and in that respect you will not be disappointed. As usual the standard of food is good, provided you are ready for ribs, burgers, steaks etc. the quantity on the plate is good, the food is well cooked and presentation is okay in a sort of pre-packed way. The servers are very friendly and outgoing but this place is so cavernous that you don't see them very much, for example if you want another drink you have to attract their attention.
I had booked a table for 8 on-line in advance and this was ready and waiting for us. Unfortunately they didn't have a table we could all sit around so we ended up sitting in a lie, not ideal for a family reunion. Just a pity that the website did not pre-warn of this.
Lighting is typically dimmed and the writing on the menu is very small, so take your glasses with you!!!'mmm
All in all this TGIs s good but just a bit bland, a bit 'painting by numbers'. Compared to the TGIs in the USA it doesn't have that feeling of being part of the action.
