Has part of my wifes 60th birthday celebrations I had booked an afternoon tea at this hotel. Not having been to it before we were unsure what to expect. We nedn't have been concerned has the whole experience was amazing. From the warm welcome on arrival and showing us to our table, to the arrival of an amazing three tier stand with an assortment of triple decker sandwiches, plain and fruit scones, clotted cream and jam, and cakes with tea until you were full. Everything was perfect and made for a thoruoghly enjoyable experience that made our resolve to book a stay at the hotel at the earliest convenience. Well done to the Kitchen and staff for making the occasion so memorable. Hopefully see you soon.

Stayed for one night at the hotel, beautiful decorated rooms and very spaceous. One thing I certainly noticed is how quite the rooms are, you couldn't hear a thing (room 614).

Checking in excellent, also conciegre were first to opening the door for you and offfering to carry your lugguage, excellent.

Morning breakfast good, just what you would expect of any breakfast nothing really to rave about, but it would be nice to see items labelled that were on display. I had some tasty sausags, but unfortunately I didn't know what was in them..no label.

Check out easy and excellent. to finish it all off concierge offering once again to carry my bags to the taxi and open the door. Nice touch

General all staff and management look after their customers to the highest of standards and I will be visiting again some day soon.

Next time I may use the spa fascilities and pool

Thank you

Got a good deal direct with the hotel but do not understand why the VAT was not included in the rate, I am not a buisiness and the extra 20% came as a shock. Anyway the room was nice and clean although not very large, the bathroom was wonderful and the breakfast very good. The staff were exceptional, we were going to see Take That and they offered all sorts of good advice about getting to and from the venue and that advice saved us time and money. I would stay again but not at the published rates. The spa and the pool were great

We stopped over at the Radisson for 1 night whilst visiting Manchester to watch Kings of Leon. The hotel is modern, well maintaned with great facilities. The check in staff were very frienldy and helpful and made us feel very welcome.
We stayed in the hotel bar for a few drinks after the concert, lovely wine (if a little pricey, but this is a five star hotel).
We would certainly recommned this hotel to anybody wanting something special when they visit the area.

This was the first time we visited Manchester, and our stay at the Radisson Edwardian was a real treat. We really enjoyed our visit, and a big part of that was staying in this hotel.

The staff are absolutely fantastic, and we can't wait to visit Manchester again.

Thanks again for looking after us!

Arrived at the hotel after a long and busy day, trying to take a lot of luggage out of the car as well as looking after a 4 month old baby. Straight away we were greeted with a friendly concierge who took our luggage with ease and patiently waited for us to check in. Was hectic weekend and we were constantly in and out the hotel, each time we came back to the hotel we were greeted by friendly staff, especially in the evening it felt like we were returning home. The rooms are of a high standard, especially the bathroom. Lovely view over manchester from our room. Spa is simply stunning, the pool is lovely and quiet. our little baby really enjoyed it. Even the bar and restaraunt was lovely Was not expecting our stay to be this good and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!!

My husband and I stayed here for one night as we were attending the TT concert. The hotel is quite simply fabulous and the concierge and reception staff are soo friendly and helpful, nothing is ever too much trouble. The deluxe rooms are spacious, clean and have very comfortable beds.

The only blip was the over zealous security guard at night, which I appreciate they have a job to do, but maybe they should work on their people skills.

However, this would not deter me from staying here again - a 5* hotel with 5* staff.
