Description: Our celebrated restaurant is re-opening in bigger and better premises in the former Market Restaurant on High Street in the Northern Quarter. A brand new location. A brand new menu. The same exquisite French cuisine And to celebrate our move, we have new menus and a new wine list. Our goal has always been to bring you a taste of Paris, with dishes such as our Pea consomme and poached quail egg, Pan fried sea bass, Duckling fillet, chocolate fondant and, of course, coffee served at the perfect temperature - 63°. As well as more covers, our wonderful new premises means we can now offer our diners an outside terrace and private function room. One thing that hasn’t changed is our commitment to serving exquisite French cuisine in a relaxed and welcoming environment. We look forward to welcoming you to our new home.

I decided on 63 degrees after reading some of the reviews (some good some bad). It was a Tuesday night and it was my partners birthday. The place was nicely decorated and clean and we went for the five course taster menu.

Out of the five courses there was only probably one I would have chosen myself but it's nice to try new things sometimes and I'm glad we did. Every single course was beautifully presented and an absolute joy to eat. A special mention goes to the Salmon on squid ink risotto which was great. The staff were courteous and attentive (but not overly so) and the entire night was brilliant from start to finish. We finished with cocktails which great also.

I highly recommend this restaurant. Great food great service great atmosphere. How dining should be.

Exceptional food served in a non fussy environment. Enjoyed scallops and lobster salad in a raspberry vinageratte, seabass tartare and herb crusted lamb. Finished off with chocolate soufflé. The food was cooked to perfection. The wine list is French wines only. We chose a Sancerre £38 and finished with a pudding wine and a vintage Calvados. The Bill was unfortunately £170 for the two of us but worth every penny. Don't be put off by the location. It is in the Northern Quarter and in an unexpected place for such a high class restaurant. Fairly intimate, small tables but some larger groups there. Enjoy!

We dined here after the matinee at the Royal Exchange theatre, we wanted to go to a place we had not visited before, we were very pleased and will return.
We had a lovely round table just for the two of us, delicious cocktails then good wine with the food. The staff were friendly and attentive. All the food was excellent, my wife especially enjoyed the Chocolate pear surprise!

Excellent food, excellent service and a great atmosphere, and full even on a Thursday evening.
This restaurant is not cheap but is good value.
The food was well cooked and well presented with the offer of wine to complement each course.
Extensive wine list.
Staff friendly and helpful, service is good.
Highly recommend the trio of chocolate desert!
Highly recommend the restaurant and look forward to eating there again on our next visit.
