Description: Our celebrated restaurant is re-opening in bigger and better premises in the former Market Restaurant on High Street in the Northern Quarter. A brand new location. A brand new menu. The same exquisite French cuisine And to celebrate our move, we have new menus and a new wine list. Our goal has always been to bring you a taste of Paris, with dishes such as our Pea consomme and poached quail egg, Pan fried sea bass, Duckling fillet, chocolate fondant and, of course, coffee served at the perfect temperature - 63°. As well as more covers, our wonderful new premises means we can now offer our diners an outside terrace and private function room. One thing that hasn’t changed is our commitment to serving exquisite French cuisine in a relaxed and welcoming environment. We look forward to welcoming you to our new home.

We had a retirement meal here on a Friday lunchtime. The service was very friendly and the food excellent: well executed classical French cuisine. We will definitely return!

“Spot on! always a treat!”
Reviewed November 12, 2012

From welcome to good bye, I had a fab time! Always pleased to find a good spot in my working town! Third time & again well satisfied.
First went on a working lunch, for proper good sandwich last year, then I had andouillette some time later which was divine!
And lately had a great diner, subtle background music & lighting from pre-apetizer, to coffee.
Never let down, not fooled by the price, plenty for your palate & your tummy!
Drunk house wine which was delightful too.
Always like to notice consistence and standards are kept, this is a well run establishment and a gem in Northern quarters & Manchester.

“Absolutely fabulous”
Reviewed November 11, 2012

I checked on trip adviser for a restaurant near the northern quarter to take my weekend visitors to. What accurate reporting. This is a gem in the heart of Manchester probably one of the nicest meals I have ever had. The excellence of the gastronomic experience cannot be over stated this is a different level. Opened by a French family just over a year ago they have put their heart and soul into making this a success and they should be very proud of what they are achieving. The staff were delighted that our quests could speak french and enjoyed chatting to them. The creativity of the dishes were matched by ambience and decor. I loved the linen table cloths/napkins, orchids, quality crockery and cutlery. Better than all that was the quality of the food and wine. The prices were fair and reflected all of this attention to detail. Book now before it is impossible to get a table!

Possibly my favourite restaurant in Manchester. Service, atmosphere, and food are simply exquisit. The staff are always welcoming, the seasonal specials always tempting, and I always want to go back for extras.
