Description: Our celebrated restaurant is re-opening in bigger and better premises in the former Market Restaurant on High Street in the Northern Quarter. A brand new location. A brand new menu. The same exquisite French cuisine And to celebrate our move, we have new menus and a new wine list. Our goal has always been to bring you a taste of Paris, with dishes such as our Pea consomme and poached quail egg, Pan fried sea bass, Duckling fillet, chocolate fondant and, of course, coffee served at the perfect temperature - 63°. As well as more covers, our wonderful new premises means we can now offer our diners an outside terrace and private function room. One thing that hasn’t changed is our commitment to serving exquisite French cuisine in a relaxed and welcoming environment. We look forward to welcoming you to our new home.

My family and I went to 63 degrees to celebrate some good news and from the menu we thought it sounded lovely and perfect for a special occasion. The service was brilliant, our main waiter who was french really looked after us and knew his stuff, all the waiters were so friendly and attentive. The food was exceptional, I had the Pea cream with mint, giant prawn with saffron- this was delicious as was the main I had which was Pan fried scallops with caramelised fennel and vegetable shavings. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and the menu really was impressive, it had so many things that sounded amazing that it was just so hard to choose. Everyone else agreed and we had such a lovely time. They also have an excellent selection of wines and beers etc. You really are paying for amazing, authentic, contemporary French food, I'm so glad that Manchester has a restaurant like this, we will all 100% be returning and recommend it to everyone.

We had booked this place cos of its good ranking here and then read probably the worst review ever in the Guardian..... poor location, poor decor, poor service and poor food. We trusted Trip Advisor. Result? The review is simply wrong. Its very central. Its nicely decorated and very well laid out. The service we had was good (though the waiter did have a mishap at another table which provided some light entertainment) The food ranged from good to great. The wine choice was excellent. So don't be put off by some review in the press - this place is a little gem and very good.

I visit Manchester from the south. This was my second visit in 2 months at lunct time and the meal was as enjoyable as the first time.Great place to have something a bit different but not over the top price wise. Portion sizes are very good and the variety of the menu is wide. French family who run it are very pleasent and their signature dishes are well worth the visit. Will visit again in the autumn as my shopping is now planned around where to lunch.
